FIRST SOUTH LUZON HOB

The First Hooked on Books (HOB) Library in Bicol and in South Luzon, the 8th nationwide has been launched in San Antonio Elementary School, Iriga City. Partnering with Links, the Julian Ocampo Masonic Lodge No.146, the only internationally recognized Masonic Lodge in Rinconada, has vowed to uphold the public school system and will continue to extend help for the children of Rinconada with its charity banner, One4Six Cares.
